Health and Safety Practical Application


Carry out a practical risk assessment of your workplace and prepare a management report.

There are two assessments to complete at the end of this course.

• A two hour written paper
• A practical risk assessment

NEBOSH’s external examiners will mark the assessments.  Students are notified of their results 11 weeks after the exams. Certification is issued by NEBOSH approximately 16 weeks after the exams.

You are responsible for submitting your assessments within agreed timescales. If you don’t meet these deadlines, you risk failing the course.

If successful, you’ll be awarded the NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.
