If you’re a supervisor, site manager or CDM coordinator in the construction industry, it’s your job to make sure everyone is working safely on site. The NEBOSH Certificate is accepted by the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) as it meets the academic requirements for Technician Membership of IOSH (Tech IOSH). It’s also accepted by The International Institute of Risk and Safety Management (IIRSM), for associate membership.

To gain this NEBOSH qualification, you’ll need to complete an open book exam, which you can complete at home or another quiet space where you can focus.
NEBOSH’s external examiners will mark the assessments. Students are notified of their results 10-12 weeks after the exams. Certification is issued by NEBOSH after results have been announced.
You are responsible for submitting your assessments within agreed timescales. If you don’t meet these deadlines, you risk failing the course.
