Sexual harassment in the workplace is commonplace, but it is never acceptable. It’s everyone’s responsibility to be aware of unwanted behaviour or inappropriate comments that can intimidate co-workers and make them feel vulnerable.

In this short course, you’ll explore various forms of sexual harassment, the impact they can have and why it’s important to report them. You’ll learn the best way to approach situations and what your manager should be doing to keep everyone safe.

There’s no time limit to complete this online course, so you can work through at your own pace. It’s accredited by the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) guidelines, too.
