The NEBOSH Health and Safety Management for Construction Certificate is a renowned industry qualification, previously known as the NEBOSH Certificate in Construction.

This leading safety training course will give you the practical skills and knowledge to run a safe construction site, spot common hazards, challenge dangerous behaviour and manage risk.
Although there are no formal pre-requisites for booking this training course, we recommend you have a good understanding of written and spoken English.

To gain this NEBOSH qualification, you’ll need to complete an open book exam, which you can complete at home or another quiet space where you can focus.
NEBOSH’s external examiners will mark the assessments. Students are notified of their results 10-12 weeks after the exams. Certification is issued by NEBOSH after results have been announced.
You are responsible for submitting your assessments within agreed timescales. If you don’t meet these deadlines, you risk failing the course.
If you’re responsible for health and safety on a construction site, this NEBOSH Health and Safety course will help you to recognise workplace hazards and minimise the risk of injury and ill-health caused on site. By completing this course, you’ll have a thorough understanding of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.

Course joining instructions are sent 7 to 10 days prior to course commencement. If you book within this time frame they are emailed within 24 hours of the booking being placed.
Full attendance on all days, at the required times stated on your course joining instructions, is compulsory to successfully complete the course.
Start and finish times are confirmed on your joining instructions which are issued 7 to 10 days prior to course commencement. Failure to arrive at the requested time may result in the delegate being turned away.
