Utilities Training Northern Limited. (UTN) formed in 1996 to meet a specific need within the construction industry to ensure that public utility companies and their contractors received adequate training to comply with the New Roads and Streetworks Act 1991. Following on from the success of this specific training, UTN expanded to meet the many and varied requests for general health and safety training within other industries.
