• Explain the correct way to store and maintain equipment

• Eye protection - when it's needed and how to use it effectively
• Head protection - why it's important, when it's needed and ensuring proper use
• Types of ear protection and when it's needed
• Sound measuring equipment and exposure action values
• Body protection - types of protection, high visibility and sun exposure
• Foot protection - when it's needed and how to use it effectively

Assessment

At the end of this course, you will take an online exam containing 20 multiple-choice questions. The exam is marked automatically and you’ll find out your results straight away. A pass mark of 80% is required, however, if you are unsuccessful, you can re-take the exam as many times as you need to at no extra charge.
