NRSWA Supervisor Course | New Roads and Street Works Act

NRSWA (New Roads & Street Works Act) Supervisor Course

Overview

The aim of the NRSWA Supervisor Course is to enable Supervisors to gain the necessary qualifications under the New roads and Streetworks Act 1991 which allow them to carry out their duties on the public highway, ranging from excavation to permanent re-instatement of paved structures.

This safety course will assess qualified experienced supervisors on their ability to perform duties to the standards prescribed in the SQA, in order to safeguard themselves and others around them. If you are unsure whether your current level of experience is suitable for entrance onto this course, please call us before booking your place.

It is essential that those who are working on public highways or even adjacent to them take the relevant NRSWA training courses and achieve the required qualification. It is through this range of qualified training and competence that accidents are avoided and road fatalities are reduced.

In addition to bringing relevant PPE, students will need to take 2 passport size photographs for the card application.  A basic comprehension of the English Language is essential.
