This one day ECITB CCNSG Leading a Team Safely Course extends the delegate’s understanding gained by obtaining the CCNSG National Safety Passport for site working. It helps supervisory staff and lone workers who have responsibility for teams, but who may have had little or no training in their H&S responsibilities, or indeed, little training in the essentials of leadership. The CCNSG course focuses on the essentials of being a leader and covers essential aspects such as planning, implementing and reviewing, naturally with a health and safety emphasis.
Candidates who wish to attend this course MUST hold a valid in-date CCNSG National Safety Passport.
ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT INFORMATION: All candidates must take with them a note of their National Insurance number and either a current UK photo card driving license or current travel passport as proof of identity. Any other type of photo ID must be agreed to before the course date. If a candidate fails to provide photographic ID they will not be accepted on the course, but will still be charged full cost.
Successful completion of the training will ensure delegates can influence the behaviour of those that they supervise and ensure good planning and communication of health and safety related to site work. It will also help to ensure workers work on site more safely with lower risk to themselves and others.
The CCNSG Leading a Team Safely training will cover the following:
Delegates are required to pass a multiple choice exam paper in order to pass the CCNSG Leading a Team Safely Course
Supervisory staff and lone workers who hold a valid CCNSG National Safety Passport and are responsible for teams.
